Lord And Taylor won't price match
I ordered a Lancome gift set from their website on 04/06/2016, and today 04/07/2016 they have a promotion going on so I called see whether they could adjust the price since I ordered it only 12 hours ago, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said to me "How could I use today's promotion on yesterday's order? " If the same thing happen at Nordstrom, they will adjust the price for me within a heartbeat.
Later I read their own online policy and found out that they would price match any other competitor's website, so I called again because Nordstrom has the exactly gift set on sale for 10 % less , the answer is No again, I asked why , it printed on your own website if it is the same item you will price match, they said well it is not the same item tho..."How come?""Because we called it spring set and they call it hydrate set, even though they are identical items, but the name is different!
" Wow!!!!!! What a smart *** company !!!This is the last time I order anything from you guys, I recorded the conversation on the phone, I will play it to everybody I know and put on public so everybody will know the true color of your company!
