I mailed a return worth 600 in late June, received refund email confirmation on 7/11 and still haven't received my refund. Today is 8/6. Ive called three times and emailed twice. I am told it will take 5-7 business days over and over again and no refund has been received. A refund should have been processed on 7/11 when the package was entered into their system.
