Don't bother to order online. I have ordered x 2 and each time received an e-mail "Your order was cancelled due to items being out of stock, inventory issues or website error." This time I rechecked the web site and the items were still there. I called and found out they had a problem with my card and NOT "out of stock, inventory issues or website error." On 9/1/2016 I ordered Bobbi Browns Foundation Stick,Warm Almond 6.5, was given a order number and told item should be received within a week. On 9/11/2016 I called since I had not received item. First time buying for Lord and Taylor, was sent the wrong item. I was able to get a return label from customer service but I'm still displeased that I now have to go through the hassle of returning this. Also, this may sound childish, but any sort of apology when I called customer service such as, "we're sorry we sent you the wrong item and inconvenienced you" would have been nice to hear. Oh well. Horrible customer service order was placed wrong and my wait time was 30 minutes+ with no answer. I just turned to email to refund my order, this is horrible. First time buying from L&D but never again. Wow and it's forcing 100 words typed or you can't file a bad review. I was recently in the Lord and Taylor store in the Palisades mall in NY. I bought a dress the week before and now that it went on sale, I went back in the hopes of getting a price adjustment since i had done that many times in the past. Placed an order using my PAYPAL account. Made a return and received a Gift Card instead of a credit to my PAYPAL account. Called and was told, repeatedly, that within 24-48 hours a representative would get back to me. Nobody called, so I pleaded my case to PAYPAL, putting the charge in dispute. Lord and Taylor scores and over all 0 for me and it should you too. They are border line law suit right now. The company had a website promo code glitch yesterday where the promo code was giving more than what was stated. After placing my order I received an email saying the item was out of stock. Hello, I ordered several items in your sale you had with extra 25 % off ,clearance. However, when I put in credit card number the amounts changed to full price.
