I keep sending emails and texts regarding an order that was marked as delivered but wasn't (I was home and went down to pick it up as soon as I got the confirmation email). So no package was delivered

There were 3 packages in the delivery and one of them was supposed to be the Lord and Taylor's package but wasn't. So I reached out to them to either get the items resent or a refund and no one has gotten back to me.Stay far, far away.

I am missing an item from my order.

I am missing an item from my order. To resolve the issue, I emailed them 3 times, sent them a text message and tried to live chat with them. The auto bot advised it would be approx 7 minutes for an agent to respond. I waited over an hour and no one came on the live chat. No responses to any of my efforts. However, they charged me for the missing item. Their customer service is terrible.

Order number- 18371**** Good afternoon, I am reaching out because I have emailed over 5 times now in regards to my order, I never received, I end up canceling because never received, requested refund, the card that I used is no longer valid, they told me that's the only way that I can receive my refund is that card, I called my bank, they stated all they have to do is update the info or send your refund in check form. I sent message stating this, never heard back from anyone, you guys can not just keep people's money in any circumstance.

Now customer service is avoiding my emails. I have shopped with lord and taylor for many years never had an issue. After reading reviews yesterday I was appalled of so many people stating not only not receiving orders,but not having their refunds returned.

Everyone likes nice things and work hard to get nice things, not for their money to be taken. I am deciding to start a blog, to start a class action law suite to help people get there money back, this is unfair, I don't care if it was $32.97 you can not continue to keep people money and ignore them.

Horrible non existing customer service. Email, text, chat. Feels like a scam. One item out of two was delivered. Showed proof of receipt , package and item. Email response was it says delivered. Contacted ups and filed a claim. Contacted them if no effort to refund or send item will stop payment. Again, worst customer service

Exchange dress

I been trying to exchange a dress for a different size. I cannot speak with a representative. It is very frustrating. The wrong size was sent and I do not want money just the dress in a different size which is in stock. But at the rate this going it may not be soon. We have had communication via email but nothing is resolved as of this point. I am so frustrated and disappointed in lord and Taylor. I have been a loyal customer when they had stores for over 40 years.

Damaged product

The number did not work, Lord & Taylor customer service is horrible. They delivered damaged goods and make it impossible to reach anyone to resolve the issue.

I Received mine all damaged too. It’s damaged to the point where you cannot see the tracking number on the package.

They refused to do anything for me because I don’t have a tracking number. When I go onto the SHOP app it states that the order hasn’t even been sent yet, so I can’t even give them the tracking number off the app.
