Tried to place online order for 45 minutes. They say my PW is not correct.

Tried to reset it twice, link is dead. Tried to copy link. It allowed that the first time, but did not take me back to the reset password page. The second time, I could not copy it.

Tried to call. Stuck in a circular loop with just pressing 1 for a person, and getting nothing. And this is why I don't usually shop at Lord and Taylor. Customer service in and out of store is terrible.

I'm surprised you're still in business. Nordstrom will gladly take my money. The website used to be the worst for searching. That has improved, but I still could not locate the item by using the manufacturer's style number.

I can do that on every other dept.

Lord and Taylor has the worst Return Service and Customer Service. They sent a Return Postage, therefore ,whenever the item is Scanned at the post office they automatically know at the warehouse, yet you have to wait a month before you get your Refund.

Why is that? The Customer is no longer responsible for the item.

It is now in the hands of the Shipping company, so why does the Customer has to wait so long for their Refund? .
