I placed an order on 12/4/17 that was duplicated. I did not place 2 orders and should not be expected to pay for something I did not order.

I am housebound and that is why I ordered online in the first place. Now I have to find someone to take it to the post office at Christmas, when it's most crowded. It's ridiculous. Additionally, I see on the "prepaid" mailing label that $9.50 "will be applied to my account." So I'm also expected to pay $9.50 for something I didn't order?

Never again will I deal with this store. I have never received such poor service.

A few months ago I tried to cancel an order but received it anyway. I should have never ordered again.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $39.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
