Resolved: Lord And Taylor - Return Policy and Lord n Taylor - HORRIBLE
I'm having the same complaint other people are having. I sent my returns back using UPS and they received the package on December 16th.
I sent two emails asking for a refund and both were ignored. I called customer service and she kept repeating the same thing. They have 15 days to process the return. Why if they've received the merchandise?
I've never encountered such a ludicrous policy. I purchased part of my order through pay pal so I've opened a dispute but not sure what I can do about the other.
They must have a serious problem. I would not recommend shopping there unless you knew you aren't going to return.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Lord And Taylor Pros: Clothing.
Lord And Taylor Cons: Customer service and slow refund.

it is the worst time to return anything in Dec.
They are only interested in sales.
it will take you 2 or 3 months to get a return. it could come from the wilkes barre pa center.
I know, I use to work there 3 years ago.
