I made a large purchase where items were shipped one at at time for several weeks. I needed them for a trip and most arrived after the deadline.

I returned them and it is 5 weeks later and I have no credit card credit.

Their customer service is outsourced to India. I have place numerous calls just to be told "Lord and Taylor excellent company and like you as a customer wait 15 more days." I finally got upset and we told it is my bank's fault. I got my bank and Lord and Taylor on a conference call. My Banker could not understand them either.

It was a 30 minute call of can you repeat that or do you have an English speaking person. We called on July 31st and they said the money was refunded on July 9th. They could not provide the bank with any tracking details or copies of what was needed to track. They again said we will submit a research request and this time wait 20 more days.

We like you as a customer. Lord and Taylor ver good customer. No response to e-mails.

Not a single person in the US you can speak with. I am filing a BB complaint and hope to see if I can get results My bank said I can come in and dispute the charge.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1025.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Did you get it resolved? So many people here, including myself have gone through the same thing!

Excuses, promises, wait another 30 or 14-21 days, given invalid paypal invoice numbers. This is a scam. After 3 months of a complete run around and such BS- you wouldn't believe! - I only received my full refund after I opened a dispute with my credit card company, was refunded in less than 24 hrs.

later. I suggest you also open a case/dispute with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Also, try calling billing support 1-86*-***-****.

Why do I have to go on social media to get a way to communicate? It would seem your staff in India could provide that information.
