I placed an order the day before Thanksgiving and was sent the wrong item. I have called, emailed and attempted online chat in order to process the return and am unable to get in touch with anyone.

The customer service representative yesterday told me to call back today because they were having serious issues with their computer service and were unable to help me at the time. I've been on hold now for 20 minutes.

Also returns apparently can't be done online by printing out order forms. Unclear instructions and what is this fee to join this site to process a return?!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
